We are a custom leather handbag manufacturer in China, specializing in product development and small-batch production for independent handbag brands, emerging fashion labels, and boutique brands.

Our core focus is genuine leather handbags. We work with a range of leather options including cowhide, sheepskin, vegetable-tanned leather, and other genuine leather materials, while microfiber, vegan leather, PU, and fabric combinations are also available when required by the project.

Rather than offering ready-made designs, our role begins with your design. Our in-house pattern and sample room can develop products from sketches, reference images, existing samples, or tech packs. During development, we support material selection, structural adjustments, hardware and logo customization, lining options, sampling, and preparation for production.

Our production team includes around 70 workers, with a monthly capacity of approximately 5,000 pieces. We accept small-batch orders starting from 100 pieces per style, making our production model particularly suitable for brands launching a first collection, testing new styles, or expanding an existing handbag line without committing to large initial volumes.We believe small-batch manufacturing should not mean compromising on product development or production control. Our goal is to help brands move from design to production with clearer communication, practical material solutions, consistent workmanship, and a production scale that matches the realities of growing fashion businesses.
